We had a lovely stay at a modest accommodation close to the centre. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to small beaches. The host was very friendly and even provided beach equipment for us to borrow. Although the bed and couch were not the most comfortable, it was manageable for a short stay. I loved the traditional Andalusian cuisine in Cavana Square and Almirante Street, unfortunately both 750 meters away. The Sierra de Almijara foothills were a breathtaking backdrop. And the Federico Garcia Lorca Granada-Jaen Airport was simply a dream come true.

I was so disappointed that there were no breakfast bowls in the apartment. How am I supposed to enjoy my granola and yogurt?

The decoration of the hotel was lovely and reminded me of a cozy seaside cottage. The general areas were well-maintained and had a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with no steep staircases or long distances to walk.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there to help carry my luggage.
